X-Mas in July: Alcohol Ink
A fun and easy medium for any age!
Alcohol ink is exactly that--concentrated ink dissolved in alcohol. It flows and blends yet dries quickly making this a quick project. First, you will practice using alcohol ink on a curved surface to make a votive out of a Oui yogurt jar. (Don't worry, they have been cleaned!) Then, you will "paint" a white ceramic ornament. Both items will be sealed with clear spray sealer.
This project is a little messy but gloves and aprons are provided. Great project for ages 7+ as it requires a little hand eye coordination to drop the ink and turn the ornament.
